2nd day of POA-WS

At first, Mr. Hosokawa explained JICA's policy for administrative issue that each facilitator should consider them.
After that, we had group photo, then began discussion with each country for POA2008.

Mr. Fermin, project manager of El Salvador, explained resultful activities of BOSAI project year in FY2007.

For making POA, Expert exlpained how to make POA, Mr. Sergio introduced basic strategy and several aspects of BOSAI project in Costa Rica, also Pepe and Edger introduced activities list which includes outcome, time period, responsible, estimation and cost sharing in Guatemala.

Opening speech by Mr. Kinoshita, chief advisor of BOSAI project for POA regional workshop. 20 people from six central american countries participate this workshop. The objective of workshop is to learn basic policy/strategy of JICA, aspects of BOSAI project, and how to make POA2008.
