Chaiten volcano is located southern part of Chile, it erupts from 2 May 2008 and continues. Chaiten city is located at 10km from the volcano, and 4,500 people lived there. They already evacuated before avalanche caused by volcanic ash and mud.
There are two fumes from top of volcano. Activity of Chaiten volcano become lower, however it is still danger enough to continue evacuation. Chile is mid of winter now, so many avalanche will occur during this season frequentry.
City area is filled with volcanic ash and mud at all, new rever in Chaiten city is made by several avalanches, cars and houses are outflowed to sea.
